// 01 — About Fialina

Fialina is a personal self-reflection and goal-tracking application designed to help users record daily activities, monitor long-term progress, and better understand their personal habits through statistics and AI-powered summaries.

Fialina is intended solely for personal productivity and self-development. The Service does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice.

// 02 — Eligibility

You must comply with all applicable laws while using the Service.

By using Fialina, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use the application in your country or region.

// 03 — Apple App Store

If you downloaded Fialina from Apple's App Store, Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the application.

These Terms supplement, and do not replace, Apple's App Store Terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), where applicable.

// 04 — Subscriptions

Some features of Fialina require an active subscription.

Available subscription plans, pricing, billing periods, and any available free trial are displayed inside the application before purchase.

Payments are processed exclusively by Apple through your Apple ID.

We do not receive or store your payment information.

// 05 — Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it is available only under the conditions specified in the App Store for your Apple account.

At the end of the trial period, your subscription automatically converts into a paid subscription unless it has been cancelled before the trial expires.

Eligibility for free trials is determined solely by Apple.

// 06 — Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.

Deleting the application does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

// 07 — User Content

You retain ownership of the personal information, journal entries, goals, and other content you create in Fialina.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you choose to store.

// 08 — AI Features

Certain features use artificial intelligence to generate summaries or identify patterns based on the information you choose to provide.

AI-generated content is intended for informational purposes only and should not be considered factual, medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice.

Users remain solely responsible for any decisions made based on information generated by the Service.

// 09 — Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• →use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• →interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
• →attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the application except where permitted by law;
• →misuse or abuse the Service in a way that negatively affects other users or the infrastructure.

// 10 — Intellectual Property

The Fialina application, its design, source code, graphics, branding, trademarks, and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Quasar Lab unless otherwise stated.

These Terms do not grant ownership of any intellectual property.
